Surati's annual Diwali Celebrations were held in Jersey City on Novermber 17. It was a sold out event with multicultural performances, DJ dancing, Live Band and a sumptuous Indian buffet. The event was attended by several dignitaries.

Freedom Concert, August 2012

An Indian classical concert, the first of it's kind in the Jersey City area, was well attended. This was the fisrt show in a series of programs celebrating Surati's 10th Anniversary.
Second year running, Surati presented Holi Hai 2012 after the phenomenal success of Holi Hai 2011. Museum of Culture, part 1 of the 2 part program, presented daylong cultural programs.

Second part of Holi Hai 2012 included, traditional Color Playing, Thandai, DJ/Dancing, fabuluous Indian buffet lunch. The event was attended by several important dignitaries.

Diwali and Haloween combined into a unique multicultural event "Diwaleen" included bollywood dancing, live band, DJ and special perfomances by children. Sahara One TV covered the event.

The show oragnized by the Department of Tourism, Govt. of India, was attended by dignitaries and was an exclusive invitation only event at the prestigious Marriott Marquis at Times Square.
